MORALITY AND CONDUCT NOTICE

Effective Date: March 8, 2026
Governing Entity: ASN Awards (“the Company”)
Applicability: All Nominees, Award Recipients, Sponsors, Ambassadors, Volunteers, and Attendees

1. Purpose and Scope

ASN Awards ("Company") is dedicated to celebrating the adult, alternative, and lifestyle industries with excellence and professionalism. To protect the reputation, safety, and integrity of the ASN Awards, all Nominees, Ambassadors, Sponsors, and Partners are expected to adhere to high standards of ethical and professional conduct.

2. Standard of Conduct

Individuals and entities associated with ASN Awards must conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the Company and the community. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining professional interactions at all ASN-hosted events and on digital platforms.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a violation of this Morality

Notice:

  • Illegal Acts: Engaging in any activity that violates federal, state, or local laws.

  • Non-Consensual Conduct: Participation in or promotion of non-consensual sexual acts, the distribution of non-consensual intimate imagery, or any behavior that violates the principles of informed consent.

  • Harassment and Discrimination: Engaging in hate speech, bullying, or discriminatory behavior toward any individual or group based on race, gender, sexual orientation, or identity.

  • Public Disrepute: Any public behavior or involvement in a scandal that, in the Company’s sole discretion, significantly damages the reputation or brand of the ASN Awards.

 

4. Enforcement and Consequences

Violation of this Morality and Conduct Notice may result in:

  • Immediate revocation of any award or nomination.

  • Termination of Ambassador or Sponsorship status without refund.

  • Permanent banning from future ASN Awards events.

  • Termination of any existing legal agreements with the Company.

The Company reserves the right to make final determinations regarding conduct violations. By participating in the 2026 ASN Awards, all parties agree to uphold these standards.

4. SOCIAL MEDIA AND PUBLIC REPRESENTATION

Individuals and brands associated with ASN Awards are viewed as representatives of the community.

  • Brand Integrity: Participants shall not use the ASN Awards logo or trademarks in a manner that suggests endorsement of illegal products or defamatory content.

  • Professionalism: Public disputes or "call-out" culture targeting the ASN Awards, its staff, or its partners via social media may be grounds for immediate removal from the 2026 program and future events.

5. Social Media and Promotional Conduct

Nominees, participants, and their representatives must maintain a professional standard when promoting their involvement with the ASN Awards on social media.

  • Prohibited Content: The use of excessively graphic, vulgar, or offensive language and hashtags (e.g., related to extreme or non-consensual acts) in direct association with the ASN Awards name, logo, or voting links is strictly prohibited.

  • Brand Integrity: Any social media post that, in the Company’s sole discretion, demeans the prestige of the event or uses shock tactics that reflect poorly on the ASN Awards brand will be considered a violation.

Consequences of Violation:
Failure to adhere to these social media standards will result in immediate termination of the nomination, removal from the event, and potential permanent banning from all future ASN Awards activities. The Company reserves the right to enforce this termination without prior warning.

5. EVENT SITE CONDUCT (ORLANDO 2026)

In addition to general morality standards, on-site participants must adhere to the following:

  • Venue Compliance: All guests must comply with the rules of the Plaza Live or any designated ASN Awards venue.

  • Consent: Non-consensual touching or photography is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion without a refund.

  • Service Interference: Harassment of event staff, security, or bottle service personnel will not be tolerated.

6. REMEDIES AND ENFORCEMENT

ASN Awards, led by its ownership and management, remains the final arbiter of what constitutes a violation of this Notice. In the event of a breach, the Company may take any of the following actions:

  1. Immediate disqualification from the 2026 nomination or voting cycle.

  2. Permanent revocation of any awarded titles and a demand for the return of physical trophies.

  3. Immediate removal from the event premises in Orlando, Florida.

  4. Termination of sponsorship benefits without a refund of fees paid.

  5. Permanent banning from all future ASN Awards events and platforms.

7. NO WAIVER

The failure of ASN Awards to enforce any provision of this Notice does not constitute a waiver of its right to do so in the future or regarding similar circumstances.

8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By entering the nomination process, purchasing a ticket, or signing a sponsorship agreement for the ASN Awards 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Morality and Conduct Notice.
