2025 ASN Awards Show Venue Announcement - UPDATED 10/14/2024

We are thrilled to announce that we have secured the perfect venue for our 2025 ASN Awards Show! Now, you are able to book your room directly with the hotel through a special link that provides a group discount rate of $119 per night plus state sales tax and occupancy tax.

The booking link above will allow you to make reservations for both pre- and post-event stays, so you can arrive early or leave late to enjoy the local attractions. Whether you want to explore the theme parks or shop at the Mall of Millenia in Orlando, we’ve got you covered!

Awards Show Group Window: August 20 - August 24

Parking: Free self-parking for all guests within the group.

Free Hotel Shuttle: From Orlando International Airport.

Individual Cancellation: Cancellations must be received no later than 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a charge of one night’s room and tax.

Guest Arrival and Departure:

Check-in Time: After 3:00 PM
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Room assignments prior to check-in time are based on availability. During peak periods of high occupancy, rooms may not be immediately available upon arrival, but we will make them available as soon as possible. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals.
