REFUND & GENERAL POLICY

If any provision of this policy is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida in Lake County, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Florida Courts.

We may change the terms of this policy from time to time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this policy so that you are aware of any changes to it. If you continue to use our event ticket shop after the time we state the changes will take effect, you will have accepted the changes.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all sales and transactions between the ASN Entertainment ("Seller") and the buyer ("Buyer"). By making a purchase from Seller, Buyer agrees to abide by these Terms.

1. No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final. Seller does not accept returns or exchanges unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

2. Product Inspection: Buyer is encouraged to thoroughly inspect the purchased product(s) upon receipt. Any visible damage, defects, or discrepancies must be reported to Seller within 5 days of delivery.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is defective or incorrect due to an error on the part of Seller, Buyer must notify Seller within [1] days of delivery. Seller may, at its discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

4. Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed and confirmed by Seller.

5. Warranties: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, Seller makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the products, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Payment: Buyer agrees to pay the total purchase price, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, at the time of purchase. Payment methods accepted by Seller will be specified during the checkout process.

7. Shipping and Delivery: Seller will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders promptly. However, Seller is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery beyond its control.

8. Ownership: Title and ownership of the product(s) pass to Buyer upon delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability: Seller's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s). Seller is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the sale.

10. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].

By completing a purchase from Seller, Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms may be updated by Seller from time to time, and the most recent version shall apply to all subsequent purchases.
